Our connections in Sandy.

Compassion Sandy 2012 held its first informational meeting on January 31st at Living Way Fellowship Church.  Several from Immanuel were present.  Immanuel members have a wonderful opportunity to participate in this community outreach program.  The event is tentatively scheduled for one of three dates: September 8th, 15th, or 22nd.  These events are being held around the state.  This will be a time when Sandy churches will work together to spread God's love to others.  For more information please click on the Compassion Connect link and here for the ministry teams that the Church in Sandy will provide.  The next meeting is scheduled for February 21st at 7:00 PM at Living Way Fellowship Church. 

The Sandy Community Action Center is a hunger-relief agency serving low-income people who live within the Oregon Trail School District.
